Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order to the 50 US states and Washington, DC. We don't ship internationally yet.

When it ships

Orders ship from US warehouses within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive 3–10 business days after you order. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Multiple packages

Items can ship from different warehouses, so a multi-item order or kit may arrive in separate boxes on different days. Each box gets its own tracking number.

Lost or late packages

If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email hello@doxiesupply.com with your order number and we'll find it or send a replacement.
